Hi guys.Hope you will take my advice.USA embassy has stopped giving visas immigrants or Non Immigrant to pak National since September 2018 and they put Visa sanction on Pakistan in May 2019. AP is just to satisfy the applicants that we are still working on that and they can't announce officially cause of the revenue they generate and diplomacy policy. We can just pray about it.It just in the hand of Allah.

I disagree they have not “stopped “ visas my 3 family members got visa F4 June and July 2019 no problem but my married sister is the only one stuck in 221g for 3 months. Hopefully she will get it soon .

I am facing the same issue, I was happy when CO said your visa approved and will get after two weeks.

We are applicants of F4 USA immigrant visa. Our interview was held on 23 August 2019. The interview was smooth but at the end, the CO asked for a marriage certificate. We had Nikkah nama on the spot. The CO gave us a 221g slip and asked to submit the additional document. Our case then went into Adminstrative Processing. We submitted the requested document on 18 Sept 2019. Since then, our status date of the primary applicant changed on 21 October 2019. After that, on 22 October, it changed for all the family members and the primary applicant. After a few days, it changed again on 25 October 2019. The status is still Administrative Processing.

What does it mean?  Is it a good sign?

How long it will it take to get visa issued?

Our Passports are still with the US Embassy Islamabad.

I know It's frustrating. I would say wait at least 60 days from the submission of documents then contact the embassy. Our status is REFUSED since our interview it's been 4 months already nothing yet. We have sent so many emails but no response.

Why is the Islamabad embassy not responding to our emails and not changing our status? I've sent an inquiry through state senator but no response...
