planeo hacer una publicación lo más detallada posible aquí para mexico k1 ... solo necesito una computadora. Todavía estoy en Jurauz con mi teléfono y no tendré una computadora hasta septiembre. 12mo.

April 28, 2011: Received NOA1 via text/email, file routed to CSC (priority date April 25th)

May 3, 2011: Received NOA1 hardcopy in mail
July 26, 2011: Received NOA2 via text/email!!!

December 21, 2023:  Production of new Green Card ordered - will be seeing USCIS again every 10 years for renewal

We had interview on 8/20 but still do not have email for the dhl? Plus the site is not working and won’t even load to see what it’s saying? Where I log into the account it still says it’s on the interview. It’s been two weeks, and he was approved I have the green paper but have heard nothing?

i called.  there was another couple in our hotel that told us they called and asked and they had the information.

 

we called and like 5 minutes into the call we had the email.  the other couple mentioned they never got a email and status never updated on the ais. site and ceac wouldnt load.

 

i got ceac to load, using the ds160 number, in "non immigrant visa status"

@ANYS we had out interview in Sep 20th.

She took in with her originals and copies of the I129 petition to include proof of relationship. Pics, text messages, airline tickets, and so on

 

Sealed medical results given from medical office in Juarez.

 

Biometrics done the day before in Juarez.

 

Proof of my income to include las 4 stubs, last 3 years of taxes and a signed copy of my employment from my employer. 

 

My divorce decree 

 

Police records for both Cancun and Juarez along with one from Our original country of Venezuela. 

My certificate of Naturalization when I became a citizen along with my passport. 

 

Copy of the Interview email letter and proof of paid fees.

Ella pidió con sus originales y copias de la petición I129 para incluir prueba de relación. Fotos, mensajes de texto, boletos de avión, etc.

 

Resultados médicos sellados del consultorio médico en Juárez.

 

Biometría realizada el día anterior en Juárez.

 

Prueba de mis ingresos para incluir los 4 talones, los últimos 3 años de impuestos y una copia firmada de mi empleo por parte de mi empleador. 

 

Mi decreto de divorcio 

 

Registros policiales de Cancún y Juárez junto con uno de nuestro país original de Venezuela. 

Mi certificado de naturalización cuando hice ciudadano junto con mi pasaporte. 

 

Copia de la carta de correo electrónico de la entrevista y prueba de los honorarios pagados. 

 

Espero que ayude.
