its about the Ds-160: Travel Companion - I the petitioner plans to go back Philippines when my fiance's visa hopefully gets approved so that we can do a proper goodbye to her family.. and be able to fly out back to US with her since its her first time flying also. I'm a little confused

on the travel companion options in DS-160 because if you say you are traveling with someone" there is no option saying "traveling with Petitioner/Fiance" so what should we do at this point, just say No? on the question asking if my fiance is going with anybody?

Your fiance isn't family yet. So the answer should be no. Like the reply above says.

The DS-160 when asking if traveling with others, it is referring to others with a visa .. not travel companions in general.      A family with tourist visas .. that is "traveling companions"

The K-1 is a most confusing visa ... it waddles and quacks like an immigrant visa through most its process ... yet at its core it is a non-immigrant visa.   Forms like the DS-160 will have questions that don't quite relate, as the K-1 intent is not to "visit the USA" but to immigrate.

In the guide in the link below there is a DS-160 tab and within there is a link to a step-by-step guide for the DS-160.
