he guys just wanting to see if it is taking the 5 to 8 months to get work permits to work or if people are getting it faster and if we get approval of the i485 can i work with this are do i have to get the i765 approval

5-8 months or more. Yes if I-485 is approved and you have the GC in hand, you don’t need anything else to work or travel. If the I-485 is approved before I-765 or I-131, count yourself very lucky as that would be an exception, not the norm

Eh; if the lower end of the official processing time range for family-based AOS at your field office is under 8 months (which is true at a lot of field offices now), I'd expect to have your GC before EAD/AP at this point.

 

I'm not expecting Anastasia's EAD/AP to get processed at this point, with her GC interview scheduled for next month.
