I-129f was approved in 116 days.

Interview Date - OCTOBER 1, 2007

Received Visa - October 2, 2007

Arrived U.S - October 3, 2007

EAD

01-19-2008 - Sent EAD Application

01-30-2008 - NOA Received

02-12-2008 - Card production ordered

02-13-2008 - Second Notice for Card Production

02-15-2008 - EAD Approval Notice

My EAD was approved in 27 days

02-19-2008 - Received EAD CARD

04-16-2008 - SSN application

05-10-2008 - Received SSN Card

Yes the waiting is so difficult i know!! I have not seen my fiance in 16 months and we have been going through this process now for 1 year and 1 month. I just keep telling myself that he will be here and that if we can make it through this we can get through anything. This journey definetly tests your love for sure. I never forget the reason i started this and that is because i love him so much. But i know how you feel try to stay encouraged and just know that everything sooner or later comes to an end. I know its hard but your love will get you through it. I will keep you in my prayers that god gives you the strengh and patience to get through this tough time right now. Everything will be fine. 6/15/2006----Recieved NOA1.

6/22/2006----Recieved RFE (IMBRA).

7/12/2006----Replied to RFE (IMBRA) Sent back.

7/17/2006----Our 1 year Anniversary!!!!

7/19/2006----VSC recieved RFE (IMBRA).

7/20/2006----touched

8/18/2006----touched

8/18/2006----NOA2!!!!!! THANK YOU GOD!!!!

8/18/2006----VSC sent our petition to NVC.

8/19/2006----touched

8/25/2006----Recieved NOA2 Approval letter in the mail.

8/31/2006----Cairo Embassy recieved our petition.

9/24/2006----I emailed the Embassy reguarding my fiance's packet 3.

10/17/2006--Cairo sent packet 3 for the second time to my fiance. First one was never recieved.

10/19/2006--Packet 3 recieved.

12/20/2006--Packet 3 sent.

12/21/2006--Cairo Embassy recieved packet 3.

2/21/2007---Packet 4 recieved.

3/12/2007---Interview (He Passed)!

3/12/2007---Administrative Processing begins.............God please help me get through this!

7/17/2007---Our 2 Year Anniversay!!!

10/23/2007--7 months and 2 weeks of A/P and still waiting..........God help me!

4/22/2008---2nd Interview ( keep us in your prayers)

4/22/2008--He was approved for the Visa 2-3 weeks until he recieves it in the mail lets hope so!!

6/03/2008--VISA IN HAND! Thank you god!

7/03/2008--Our Wedding Day!

Your time will come guys. I realized that patience is the key in this journey. You can stress the hell out of yourself if you are not careful. That is not healthy for you. Its easy for me to say this, but I went through the same thing and that is the way that I have found (Patience).

2-28-2007 Date I-130 NOA1 Recieved

4-27-2007 Touched - Status Pending

5-29-2007 Approved (Email Notice).

5-30-2007 Touched Probably filed away

6-23-2007 AOS Bill recieved (Should not have happened, but it did, will need to call NVC to return the case to VSC)

03-15-2007 Date I-129F NOA1 Recieved

3-26-2007 Touched

3-27-2007 Case Transfered to VSC

4-23-2007 Touched - Status Pending

5-29-2007 Approved (Email Notice).

5-30-2007 Touched Hopefully transfered to NVC

06-04-2007 - Case Recieved by NVC, assigned a Case Number, and the same day sent off to the Consulate

06-06-2007 - Recieved NVC letter in the mail saying the case was transfered to the Consulate.

6-8-2007 - Case Recieved by the Consulate

6-11-2007 - Packet 4 was sent out (No packet 3)

7-5-2007 - Interview Date PASSED the Interview

7-10-2007 - Will go to pick up the visa. Thank you GOD

09-04-2007 I-485 & I-765 sent.

09-06-2007 Package was delivered to the Chicago Lockbox.

As of now now check cashed yet, and no notice of action !!! Very frusturating.

i know good things come to those who waits, but look at my i130 timline... it's not moving at all!!! ahhhhhhhhhhh.... what the hell is going on???????????????????

and my I129F no touches...
