UPDATE: Got some border crossing info back from Canada and so can move forward with the process. When I submit her passport info, do I need to submit all pages? The RFE states "including biographical data pages and pages showing entry and exit stamps showing you have both been present in a given location at the same time."

Still I would include it

But HER passport stamps are the "golden evidence"

Passport stamps alone are NOT GOLDEN.  It needs to be complimented with matching dated pictures, receipts, itineraries, air tickets to complete the picture.     Eg:  a photo with 2 people holding the passport and a dated newspaper along with other receipts of NAMED air tickets, hotels, train, THEN plus the stamped passport would make a solid case evidence

Passport  = government issued document, date stamped by a government entity       ... that is pretty good evidence, not easily forged or "created"

And I didn't say not to include anything else, but passport stamps are better than most any other evidence.     As for pictures they are secondary evidence as are receipts - at best bronze .. and itineraries - lead.  Boarding passes are of the gold category .

And posed pictures with a newspaper  .. in my book look contrived.    And as noted pictures are secondary evidence

Totally agree

GOLD - PP stamps, boarding passes and tour group receipts with names, any travel visas used

SILVER - Pictures with friends or landmark

BRONZE - itineraries - tickets no names- Pictures generic

but its around there - no hard and fast rule.

Hey, thank you all for your input. It's much appreciated. So just to summarize what I have:

1. Passport info for my fiancee (biographical info + stamps)

2. Fiancee's I-94 (border crossing info)

3. My border crossing history for the specified time period (document requested from Canadian govt)

4. Airline ticket from when I went to Seattle the first time we met in person

5. AirBnb receipts and comments from hosts for two of the times I visited (also corroborated by my border crossing info from the Canadian govt)

Does this seem pretty solid? It's all the evidence I have. I did send in 11 pictures of us together and with friends with my initial petition.

Thanks for all your help!
