It finally updated for me, I dont know what the issue was. I called today and used the rfe selection. Instead of sending me to the national customer service it sent me to the California service center. This was a first for me. The guy was very friendly and stated that my case had been assigned to an officer and I should hear something soon. Maybe this is just their version of the brush off but for someone who has never heard anything more than a person reading from a script this was wonderful!! What do you think? Is this progress?

I'm not sure, chasnik, but maybe your call prompted something. If you don't hear by the end of the week, I'd be inclined to call again Monday and tell them you want to put in a formal inquiry Or is that what you told them today? In which case it does sound like they're giving you the brush off!!

And congratulations Thomas&Cyril!!! (Although I think, in your excitement, you typed the date wrong in your signature. Unless your NOA2 was in February. )
