Hmmm... withdraw and re-submit but lose a couple days vs. potentially losing a few months and $700+ if your application gets denied for not meeting residency requirements?? Looks like a pretty straight shot to me.

... and you really HAD to submit it the day of (or even 30 minutes early)??

Thanks for responses. It seems like we have some opposing opinions, "let the current application run" vs. "withdraw and re-apply."

be smart and chose the least risky ones,
1-withdraw  and re apply (lose 10 days of the process)
2- keep running, do interview or even the ceremony on time 50% or get denied after months of waiting 50%

If I'm in your shoes, will re apply and not take the risk of waiting and then get denied, it will cost me10 days delay only.

The system gave the option to submit my request 3 days prior to my eligible day, yet I waited to make sure im good.

other people at the ceremony got denied ! how aweful is that ?

Did you call USCIS?  I would rather ask their opinion when I tell them about my situation, and then decide.

"10" is only the number of days since submission. Who knows how long (or short) it will take to receive the 'permission to withdraw' letter from the AG. For one person it took a month or so to get such letter.
