Guys, I recently changed my address and also got a letter in the mail from uscis at my new address that my address has been updated. Do I still need to call them and verify? Or is the letter at my new address good enough? Don't want to miss any biometrics letters. This is for Texas center also.

Call. We did the same and got the letter and everything I called to check and it was not updated so they did it again on the phone.

its best to call cause when I changed my address and got the letter they still sent stuff to my old address, I am just happy it was my mother in laws address.

Thank you for the quick response. Do I just  the regular uscis number? It's so hard to get a hold off someone through the automated system. Any tips or tricks to get to a real person?

just saw I got an update on my case, it went from fingerprint fee received to fingerprint review was completed,...I hope the next step is no interview and card has been mailed out

If I remember correctly they will ask if you call about an address change in the menu in the beginning.

Biometrics was late in the afternoon on Nov 5th. The morning of Nov 6th we got an email that biometrics review was completed and they are now processing the I-751.

that is awesome news , I think all of us that did our bios before the 7th got our updates..lets hope we all hear great news

hmmm, I was always told they usually don't send out the biometrics till they check if they need to send an RFE...well lets hope I don't get one lol

 

thank you for this timeline, I feel latest us November filers should hear something would be march the latest if we are lucky.

**Update** Just received text message that case was updated. "As of November 4, 2019, we completed our review of your fingerprints and are working on your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, Receipt Number SRC1990******, at our Texas Service Center location. We will let you know if we make a decision or need anything from you."

So my wife's case was updated to "Fingerprint interview was completed" and she did received a letter in the mail stating that the USCIS can use her previous biometrics so its not needed for I-751.....

 

But today she has received a biometric interview appointment letter for 11/19🤔

 

Anyone got the same problem here or is that normal?

I am in the same situation, so do I need to come to the biometrics appointment or not when "Fingerprint interview was completed"?
