Just to let others know, we also got our "you can skip biometrics" letter a few weeks ago. And then last week got our "go in for biometrics" letter. We are going Nov 5th.

We got an email early this morning that says “New Card Being Produced”. We had no interview.

its best to still go in case, you never know with USCIS .

So I did my Bio yesterday and got there by 7:55am (was 3rd in line) showed my Drivers License , filled out my form and sat to get my fingerprinting done and sadly did not get a nice person to do my fingerprints that treated me like I was dumb and only 5/10 finger prints went through, I asked to do it again the other fingers and in loud tone he said no, I was shocked how he said it to me. and at the end of it all gave back the form I wrote n I left, was in and out in 20 mins ..I am hoping me keeping the form I wrote and only half of my fingerprints will be enough for USCIS

Similar experience, except no one was rude to me. I had a couple “failed” fingers and was told the system is just weird. That they could tell from experience that the image captured would be enough so I shouldn’t worry. Don’t stress over it!

Notice of Action 18 month extension letter : 2/1/2019
1st Biometrics Letter: Received letter on 5/31/2019 that they will re-use my fingerprints.  

2nd Biometrics Letter: Received new letter on 10/25/2019 to do biometrics on Nov 4. :bonk:

(I-751) approved: 11/06/2020 😄

 

(N-400) Online Delivered: 11/30/2019

NOA Received : 11/30/2019

Does it show as anything to you/based on the email or just “user defined error”?

The new site updated fine that’s where I get e-mail if they updated anything. 
 

the old one which also is the app case tracker says validation error and does not show up anymore in there in the app and online it says user defined error.

thank you for your quick reply, if this is the case then I feel I am not far behind from getting mine...I am hoping no interview since I did one for the 2 year and its hard to miss work where I work.
