How do you access the Embassy website for Courier service ?

Hi,

 

Hoping someone can help. I've been trying all morning to register for courier service on the US embassy website. I'm an F24 Visa and I can't get around the questions its asking me. I don't need to make an appointment for an interview- I've already been given one (24th September 2019). I need to change the date of the interview (I think I'm allowed to do it once), but right now I can't get past the main page asking me these questions.

I'm using the site above, and following instructions but can't get anywhere. I don't want to make an appointment, I just need to get to the courier page. Also does anyone know what the DS-260 number they keep asking me for. I'm obviously doing something wrong, as when I put in my LND case number it tells me my case isn't ready for an appointment yet...even though I already one 😩

 

I'm so confused, and I'm hoping someone can shed some light. Also tried calling the embassy and they don't deal with visa inquires over the phone.

You need to register online at  ceac.state.gov/iv. to get the confirmation DS-260. You can't do anything online until you register via that link provided (which is provided on the page you said you were reading the instructions on).

But I have already completed everything on that site, submitted all the documents, paid the fees etc that's why I have been scheduled an interview. Its just I don't know what DS-260 number they want is ☹️ Is it the receipt number they want, or bar code number ? Really need to access the site.
