Help picking up Colombia visa

We got an email saying that our visa was ready for pickup and directed to a website to schedule pickup. There is no K1 visa listed in the list. Has anyone else encountered this issue?

(I sent an email to the address in the popup box on the right, but we got an automated reply saying it takes 3-4 days for a reply.)

Answering my own post here for closure. They replied to my email saying we don't need to fill out the form to schedule our passport pickup. Just show up at the office with the cedula. This may be specific to K1 visas, because they had most other visa categories in that list.
