I know right my hubby was approved from Aug 9th I called NVC and they had no correspondence from USCIS.  I called USCIS and they told me that it can take up to 90 days to be sent off to NVC.  Thats just crazy why should it take tha long.....

Hi, pls have you had any news from NVC. I sent them an email today attavhing a copy of my approval notice. As at yesterday they still haven't received my case. It's almost 2 months now and no clue what's going on or what's causing the delay. Kindly let me know if you got any update since oir approvals were about the same time. My case was approved at california service center though. Is it same location with ur case?

Just called NVC (they made me hold for 1 hour and a half). I was told that my petition, that was approved on July 24th, had been received on September 19th.

Congratulations to you. I am really happy for everyone who got their case moving. I just hope mine is sorted asap too.

Called NVC yesterday (being proactive) just to get myself into the habit of calling them weekly. :) as the guides suggested.

10 min of retries calling their number and 30 min of hold and I finally got through. My case was approved two weeks ago (late September) and representative said, they have no records of the case and let me know that it could take up to 6 weeks from the date of approval for NVC to receive it.

See profile for my timelines. USCIS website says case was sent to NVC on OCT 3rd. So for me it looks like early November before I get my welcome letter.

I'm hoping my beneficiary interview wraps up by Feb 2020 before they change the VB dates for F2A again.  Anyone else who got approved late September?

The same USCIS status check website  for me it says they sent it to NVC.

I never saw Case was approved status, it directly went from transferred to sent to NVC. Go figure!

That's good news. I am optimistic and happy for you. Was the second email in response to a separate email you sent to nvc or they r just following up on their own. Did ur online status change to "in transit to nvc"?
