No Response from NVC

[AP-1 35]

Hello.

My i130 was approved on 26th June 2019.
Its been almost 60 days and still no notification from NVC.

Anyone else facing this delay?

I am waiting to hear from NVC. USCIS says it is in transit to NVC but they do not give specific information that they sent it. NVC has not received the petition yet. Approval date July 2nd, CSC. It is CR1/IR1. Keep posted if you hear anything. Hope we have good news soon.

I tried calling them multiple times but no one answers the call. My lawyer sent them email on 12 August and still waiting for response from them. 

 

 

Looking at the tracker all i130 approvals got their NVC letter within month and half.

 

also other people who got i130 approvals in June and July are still waiting to hear from NVC. 

 

Will update if i get any more information.

Called NVC today and they said my case was received on 26th August exactly after two months. 

Expect up to two months for welcome letter.

Just called NVC. They received it on August 29th. Happy to hear that.

Thats good   

 As of 9 aug they are working for cases received on 12th August. 

So i guess couple more weeks. Will update when I receive welcome letter. You should get right after mine.

No. But couple of people i know here who’s file were received on 20 August got their welcome letter yesterday.

CSC is ridiculously slow with everything. They are yet to transfer my case to nvc since it was approved on aug 12. Imagine it taking them up to 2months. Other centers send cases to nvc within 2/3weeks of approval.

I know right my hubby was approved from Aug 9th I called NVC and they had no correspondence from USCIS.  I called USCIS and they told me that it can take up to 90 days to be sent off to NVC.  Thats just crazy why should it take tha long.....

Honestly it's appalling. Mine was approved on Aug 12 and nvc does not have it yet. Hopefully it gets sent soon. Let's keep in touch.

It took two months in my case for NVC to receive my case from USCIS. 

three months after approval waiting for welcome letter.

Hi, any update on ur case yet? U should ve ur welcome letter now if nvc timeline is true. Anyone got any good news? I am still stuck with CSC.

Yes. My case was created on 26 September
