If he lived with you before you moved and he made enough to sponsor probably he needed to file. All US citizens are required to file and declare their worldwide income unless they make too little.

Ok.Sounds good.A joint sponsor or a cosponsor?And also my husband makes more than enough here now to be my sponsor its just that he didn't work only t he last year.And I had a cosponsor but USCIS says he doesntbmeet the requirements but he does.I don't know why they had to say he doesnt meet the requirements.And by the am doing the way am doing adjustment of status tbats what I goe RFE for.

When you say "makes enough here" re you referring to the US, or where you live now?

 

Doesn't matter what he makes outside the US if that same job isn't going to continue when you are in the US
