Good morning guys! I submitted my case to USCIS in June and have been tracking my status through the site normally ever since. However, since Monday I have no way to know the status of my case because it is blank in the survey response with my case number and also with the login. Is someone going through the same situation or do you know what it means? Thank you!

Consulate: Rio de Janeiro

Marriage: 2014/10/11

I-130 sent: 2019/06/26

I-130 NOA1: 2019/07/12

I-129F sent: 2019/08/28

I-129F NOA: 2019/08/30

I-130 Approval: 2019/09/27

I-129F Denial: 2019/09/27

Case sent to NVC: 2019/10/09

Case recive NVC: 2019/10/18

Case Number recive NVC: 2019/11/11

Payment of AOS and IV fees: 2019/11/11

DS 260, AOS and Civil Documents Sub: 2019/11/18

FE Review Note: 2020/01/16

Second Sub: 2020/01/20

DQ: 2020/03/18

I think they are just having some trouble with the website. It's happened a few times to me and then after a day or 2 it's back. Does it just say "my"? That's what I was getting when I click on the case but then it started to work again.

Good morning! That's exactly what's going on. This whole process is so complex that at the same time it gives fear, it gives hope. Thank you for answering, I needed to know if other people had already gone through this.

they have scheduled maintenance for tonight, hopefully it‘ll stop glitching after!
