Previous petition bisa will effect the current one?

hi all,

 

in late 2015 my ex-fiancee aplied k1visa for me, it was aprroved and i had a succesfull interview, how ever they want my ex to have a job first before i can fly there, long story short, we had decided broke up.

 

then i met my husband now in 2017, also American and now we are doing the CR 1 visa.

 in the fork i put that someone else had put a petion for me, but i didnt put the Alien number.

 

we just had an RFE, noticed it from the case tracker and havent get the mail yet.

 

my question is, will that k1 visa effect the process now?
