Hi everyone,

Had a bit of a freakout just now and just sent a message to USCIS.  Basically here the background, I spend many many many hours preparing my I129F packet and received NOA1 on June 26.  I crossed my T's and dotted my I's as best as I could.  But after starting to prepare the I-134, I noticed something.  They require the signatures to be hand written.  Now I sign most of my documents with the adobe acrobat signature function, but for the I129F, I did use a pen for everything.  So long story short, all my signatures are in pen. That being said, for the "Intention to Marry within 90 Days of Arrival" supplemental document, I sent it to my fiance and had her sign it with her digital signature, because shes in the Philippines.

Any advice or help would be massively appreciated, we are freaking out about it.

I would not stress on the LOI ... if you do get an RFE for signature, simply have your fiancee sign a new one and email a copy to you.     For sure nothing to stress over.

As far as I know, they accept scanned hand/pen signature for the LOI, maybe they're less strict with that and will allow e-signature too.

No to the electronic signature .. scanned yes.

Thanks a lot!  I actually got off the phone with USCIS and they said pretty much the same thing. Thank you so much for your expertise.
