Hi guys!

I’m an army wife and my husband is currently stationed in Missouri. It’s time (Aug2019) for me to file N400, but we’re PCSing to Hawaii in late November, which means I only have 3 months left in my current state. The average processing time for N400 in Missouri is at least 4 months.

I understand that if I would like to file N400, I need to reside in a state for 90 days minimum. That means if I decide to file in Hawaii, I will have to wait 3 months until Feb/March 2020 to file which is more than 6 months from now!

Has anyone filed n400 during their PCS process? Do you recommend I file now (moving in the middle of the process), or file when I’m in Hawaii (months of waiting)?

Thank you all!!!
