Both my son and my wife have a F2A immigrate visa interview at Guangzhou ,China at March 13th,2019.My wife was approved while my son was rejected for he is over 21 years old. The immigrate officer told us that the Child Status Protection Act (CSPA) does not apply to my son.Would we submit a new F2B application for my son ? Can we request the priority date recapture of the F2A I-130 when filing the new I-130.? How to do now?

I call USCIS and they said our case was approved so we should contact with NVC.

I got F2A  case number but have not F2B case number. F2A was denied. How to do now? will NVC send me a  F2B case number in the future?

If you don't have a case number for the F2B case then you can either send an email to the research email at NVC or call USCIS again and make sure they sent it. What was your sons priority date?

Also note that the final action date for F2B visa's for china is June 01, 2014 so it seems it will be many many years before your son will be able to immigrate (Based on his priority date being not that long ago??)
