Btw, if you fill out your timeline, you will get more specific info for your consulate.   Some people who go through high-fraud or notoriously difficult consulates 'front load' the petition with evidence prophylactically.

Sorry I’m not quite follow this. I don’t understand ... even I look up dictionary I still don’t understand... would you explain, please ?

Thank you so much !!!

'Proof of relationship' isn't a thing, but you do need evidence of meeting in person (at least once) within the two years prior to filing.  The best evidence is passport stamps and boarding passes.

If the beneficiary has been married previously, a decree absolute would be required as well.

Yes I’ll absolutely submit copy of passport stamps and boarding passes. I lost some of my boarding passes is that ok I use the trip confirmation from airline website?

also this time I came to US they didn’t stamp on my passport. Can I use i94 form instead ? Or what should I do for it ?

Im still in the US . We plan sent the forms before I leave.

ill provide some pictures too. Does it need to be “ actual “ pictures or I can edit them with Word and print it?

Thank u !!! ❤️

Yes, the I-94 is fine.  Airline itineraries do not hold the same weight as actual boarding passes, because they are not evidence that travel ever occurred.

As far as the pics, I'm sure whatever you send is fine.  We didn't send pics with ours.

Thank you for responding. Now I know criminal record is necessary. But We don’t have it right now and I read it criminal record could take 3-6 weeks to receive is that right? Do you suggest we just wait for it ? Because that’s the only thing we don’t have. Or I can send the forms to USCIS first and then when I receive RFE I send them criminal record too.

i guess my question is would it be any sooner if I sent i129 forms first no matter files are complete or not.

And I have other  small question, about my bf’s divorce decrees. He said that we can just sent the copies because they ( the court or whatever ) have the original divorce decrees , that’s no way we could get the original one is that correct?

thank you for helping!

I don’t know if you’ve tried to get the record yet, but my fiancé also had a dui from 15 years ago. We went to the court and got the record, signed and stamped, in less than five minutes. It may vary depending on where you are, but it was way easier (and free of charge) than I thought. Good luck!

For the I-129, copies of the Divorce Decree are acceptable.  For the interview, quite a few embassies want originals with the stamps, seals, and signatures.

I cant advise you to send the I-129F without the criminal disposition info.  You and your fiancée will have to make that decision.

If he calls the county clerks office where he was arrested, he MAY be able to get them to expedite things.  I had a criminal issue in rural Southern Illinois and was able to get my disposition in 5 days.

i had a weed charge in CA IN 2008. It was expunged and dismissed in 2011. Do you think ill have a problem? I included all my California  sealed and stamped court records and thats the only thing I have. I been waiting 180 days but I am nervous about it  my fiance doesnt have any record (beneficiary) whatsoever.
