Has anyone with YSC been approved yet?  Seems to be no movement whatsoever in this service center.  :clock:

YSC here, received on 9/23/2019, biometrics completed in January but it's been on "Case Was Received" since 9/23.  Waiting on my attorney to get my N-400 ready to file next week before fees increase.

Finally got an update on my case which I haven’t seen before here in this group.

My LIN Case changed to: Case Transferred And New Office Has Jurisdiction. They will mail me a notice. Anyone else got this? I hope that doesn’t reset the waiting time.

So... as far as I'm aware when we are applying for the i751 we get an 18 month kind of "limbo visa" as we wait for an interview or green card to be approved. Since everything is so delayed I'm wondering what happens if we don't hear anything within that 18 month limit? What do we do then?

I was reading about that too and we have to schedule an Infopass to get the I-551? Stamp in our passports once we’re close to the 18 month limit

I actually got an update just now that new card is being produced🥳

I think that was an erroneous entry on the system for “case approved”

Finally done with ROC and now waiting on citizenship progress

Finally received hard copy of the card today

USPS failed to deliver it two days in a row

Movement on a bunch of LIN cases today in the 2090013000-4000 range, now I'm within 250 of the most recent I-751 update there. Fingers crossed, even though a third of the updated cases got RFEs...

How do you know about that?

I used one of the tracker apps (I think it was Case Tracker for iOS) to lookup all cases within +-2000 of my own, then added all I-751 ones for notification, there were only about 40 in total. Of course there is no guarantee that cases are processed in the exact order of the case numbers, but at least it's a decent indicator of what's being worked on.

Greeting all.

USCIS received our I-751 package at the Phoenix location on September 14 (as verified by USPS).

I haven't gotten any notification (no NOA or email) about it yet.  Also, the check hasn't been cashed to date (9/27).

Having been through the spousal visa process, I know these things take time.  I'm just trying to manage my expectations as to how long it will be before I hear anything from USCIS.

Since her GC expires on 11/05, I just want to make sure things are in process and she gets the extension letter I've seen talked about.

I hope everyone is doing well, and enjoying the cooler weather (if you're fortunate enough).
