I was scheduled for interview in the month of June, I got so excited. While waiting, I got two emails at the same time; one wrote, my interview had been cancelled, another wrote it was rescheduled.

Right now, I am just waiting on my window to open next month so as to apply for N400.

 Can you apply for N400 before your interview and getting your green card etc?

I think that was an erroneous entry on the system for “case approved”

 

Finally done with ROC and now waiting on citizenship progress

Yes, you can apply for citizenship as soon as you are eligible even with the I-751 pending.  The N-400 cannot be adjudicated until the I-751 is resolved: what that sometimes means is that your I-751 is "pulled" and adjudicated faster, or that you get an interview notice for N-400 but it is then cancelled because I-751 hasn't been adjudicated, or people will get combo interviews for both I-751 and N-400.  Sometimes, depending on the field office, applying for N-400 with I-751 still pending will slow things down significantly for both I-751 and N-400.  The biggest example of this I have seen is at the Seattle office but you might want to do some digging on VJ to check if other people have had similar issues for your office.

Seattle office? Do you have info on that? I am ROC and N-400 both pending. Am I royally screwed now? My ROC has been transferred to the NBC after I filed the N-400.

Anyone that can file N400 absolutely should before the fee goes up 110% in October, I am waiting for State taxes to be paid before I can apply for N400 to maintain good morale character

Happened to be logged on to the USCIS web site to check on the pending N-400, so I checked on our pending I-751. Lo and behold, it was approved just today!

I am also a LIN filer close to your case (filed after yours) and got approved this week. I am seeing a lot of movement from the Nebraska center. Now patiently waiting for the card and my citizenship application

Has anyone with YSC been approved yet?  Seems to be no movement whatsoever in this service center.
