Good to hear that there's some movement in LIN, I'm about one month behind you with 10/4 filing date in the LIN2090014xxx range, fingers crossed that I see some activity before the furloughs hit... Would you mind sharing your number range for reference?

i am a bit nervous.

So the RFI arrived in mail. 2 major things they want to see:

1. A child together or adoption

2. shared property or lease.

The truth is my wife and I have waited a little bit to have a child until we are stable, plus she was on 3 year Birth control (sorry for TMI) when we got married. When I submit I-751, we had a lease ending in August 2020, and now we are on a month to month basis (our landlord allows it but with high fees) because we are looking to buy a house, then covid hit, and we slowed down, but still looking for a house. Our lease is now on monthly basis. I am hoping my explanation in a letter will be enough. I will see if we can get medical records and send the landlord letter of going month-to-month.

Not sure if that will be enough.

NOTE: one thing I can note tho, USCIS highlighted all evidence we submitted, which shows that they are really looking into it in details.

share your advice, comments, a s advices.

thank you

I can’t submit what you don’t have. Send them your lease with both name on it and new tax transcripts, new evidence if you have
