Case status it's not showing update to me either

I checked both of the below sites:

And they both state "Case was Received" although they have differing dates of when USCIS received my packet but it is 9/6 on the extension letter.

9/4/2019 - Packet was sent
9/6/2019 - Packet was received by USCIS in Phoenix, Arizona
9/11/2019 - Personal Check was deposited/cashed by USCIS
9/11/2019 - Received text message with my LIN case #
9/14/2019 - Received Receipt and Extension
1/10/2020 (Day 126) - Received Biometrics Letter
1/23/2020 (Day 139) - Biometrics Completed

2/8/2020  - Separated from Husband

8/11/2020 - Divorce was Finalized

9/10/2020 - New Card is Being Produced

9/14/2020 - New Card was Mailed

9/15/2020 - Post Office Picked Up the Card

9/16/2020 - Card Delivered

8/21/2022 - N-400 Form was Submitted and Case is Being Actively Reviewed

10/21/2022 - Interview scheduled

12/1/2022 - Interview and approved

12/1/2022 - Oath Ceremony Will Be Scheduled (30-45 days)

SRC1990559564 got approved. Filed Sept 18th.

This case was received at local office on april 21st and approved on may 1st

Maybe it depends how long it has been in local office.

 

My have been since may 1st.

But as of now all approvals are made within 10 days of receiving it. Without any RFE.

This could be good sign

Not sure how divorce waivers are handled. LUD stands for Last UpDated. So soft LUD is when there is internal movement on your case but not status change. Status change would a Hard LUD. I noticed my case and lots of cases had a soft  LUD on 5/4/20 and other dates but the status did not change. They may have moved them from one shelf to another or maybe from office to another.

How do you check for soft LUDs? We've just been going to the USCIS website then check case status, but should we be logging into his USCIS account? Or something else?

11/12/2020: Biometrics reuse notice on USCIS account

3/19/2021: Email notification that USCIS has taken action on our case

3/31/2021: Interview notice

5/5/2021: Interview in Lawrence, MA (our field office is Hartford, CT)

5/5/2021: Approval and same day oath ceremony due to COVID-19!

Yes, you do need to be logged into your account. Check the column  that says: LAST UPDATED (MM/DD/YYYY) 

Also, check email and mobile alert boxes so you can receive updates when there's one

never saw anything like "LAST UPDATED" on my page.
