Double same -- No Biometrics scheduled, nothing at all since the NOA. The covid thing probably means we're going to get really delayed, I guess.

Hi, did you have any different biometrics before applying for 751? I mean maybe fingerprints for any kind of license, or global entry/pre TSA? I try to find the reason why some people don’t get biometrics too long...as it’s my case also. But I did have fingerprints a couple of times before applying for ROC in 2019..

Thanks in advance for the answer

I did have biometrics taken in early 2017 when I got my EAD, but I felt like that round may have been too long ago to still be valid?

But I meant not for USCIS proposes? As I mentioned may be for Global Entry program or etc...?

I think it depends on your local office.  Back when we first applied, I dug through a lot of the ROC timeline data on VJ.  It looked like some offices did biometrics quite soon after the application was received (like happened to us, we applied in September and had his biometrics in October) and other offices did not do biometrics for several months or even a year, and it looked like the biometrics was scheduled shortly before the interview notice or approval was received.  Might be a difference in their workflow - some get it out of the way and some wait until further along in the process?

There are many and movement has been better recently, primarily in April and May 2019 filers from what I have seen. There is a thread on this forum that is specific to LIN filers

I don't know about you guys but I wish there was any sort of status update on my case. Like Fingerprints were Received, or RFE or anything. Nothing has changed since USCIS received my case. And it is not helping that I am going through divorce waiting for that to get finalized so that I can work with my immigration lawyer in informing USCIS about the change. And on top of that I am working with my husband in selling the house. So much to think and worry about -___-

Can't complain since I know others have it worse.

Hang in there folks!

Hang in there folks!

So sorry to hear you're going through all that - it sounds overwhelming!  I hope you hear something soon, and that selling the house and finalizing the divorce goes as well as can be.
