Hey team! Filed my I-751 package this week (mailed it out Sept 3rd), overnight with USPS and it was confirmed as delivered by Noon on the 4th. Hopefully they open that baby up and send me a case number soon!

I sent our I-751 package in Tuesday, September 2 to Texas  Service Center for both my wife and my stepdaughter. Package was received at 3:11 am September 4. Praying for a speedy approval.

Do we need two passport photos with I-751 joint form?

Thanks

They will take passport photos of you when the biometrics are done...no need to send them in with your I-751.

Only if they choose to have biometrics done a second time, sometimes they have chosen to waive this but not for all.

Hello fellow September filers!  Sorry if I broke a rule by starting the thread in August, I checked previous months and it looked like they had also been started the month before.

We're back from a week in the UK to visit my husband's family, armed with boarding passes and photos to add to our evidence pile!  His GC doesn't expire til December 14, so we can't send the package off until next weekend.  We just have some final photocopying and printing to do before we can send it off, and I'm getting antsy!

Looks like my application might be getting sent back even though they took payment but it never posted fully.

Sorry to hear this. Any idea why they would be sending it back? How did you find out?

There is very little clear information anywhere to know otherwise but apparently you absolutely cannot send any application before the filing date (USCIS told me I could) moreover you also cannot sign any USCIS form before the filing date as well.

No electronic NOA has been received, earliest filing date was the 3rd and it was delivered on that day
