Birth certificate correction and certificate of finality

We were lucky and had a person that knew who to deal with and how to get things done at PSA in Manila and it took about 3 weeks for my wife to get a new PSA certificate showing "F" instead of "M". A 100% correct BC in Philippines seems to be a rare thing.

 

As for an expedite at LCR level you need to request in at the very start. All LCR's may be different in some ways. at my wife's LCR we requested an expedite of one of our son's BC and it changed the way that they processed it. They sent it direct to Malolos PSA and we were able to go there and pick up the official PSA BC in less than a week rather than them routing it to Manila and waiting which would take about 6 months.

I waited 3 months for the finality. May is the last hearing I had so I received the decision of court, month of August. Since na cs ako, this october ko lang nakuha. Yung court mismo magpapadala sa respondents ng decision of court thru snail mail if you want it rush! Need mag file ng manifestation of compliance ng attorney para mapadala sa LBC kasi yung philpost sakin 2 months na hnd pa rin narereceive ng respondents. Before receiving the certificate of finality, all respondents should receive the decision first. After that personal na dadalhin sa PSA yung finality to receive then depends na sa PSA kung ilang weeks nila ilalabas yung annotated birth certificate. 
 

enlighten me, ilang weeks/months ba to release the annotated birth certificate? huhu I am in that stage palang.
