So my fiancée just sent the required documents to the Guangzhou embassy as the instructions stated for the P3, but she forgot to send the letter she received from the consulate along with those required documents. I'm wondering if there are any issues revolving this? I'm assuming because the letter has her Guangzhou case number on it.

I am sure that someone can give you a better answer to your question. What day did you reply to Packet 3 (I do not see it in your timeline)?

 

If it has been more then 5 or 6 days I recommend replying to Packet 3 again, this time include the letter, just to be sure...

 

I am just a little bit ahead of you in the process. Looking at other timelines the Guangzhou consulate replies to Packet 3 very quickly. My fiance sent her Packet 3 on Guangzhou a Saturday. We received Packet 4 (via email) at 3:30 am (US Eastern Time) on Thursday.... Only 5 days (including the weekend and time it took for her reply to Packet 3 to be mailed from Beijing to Guangzhou via EMS)....

Hey Joe, thanks for the reply. We actually just sent the reply to Packet 3 today. And it wasn't until a few hours later that we realized we had forgotten to send the letter as well. We plan on sending all the documents and the letter again tomorrow just to be on the safe side. Will keep you posted.
