If you want an update on some ones progress then select their name and in the middle of the page you will see box that says "follow member" and you will get an email each time they update or post a comment. This can also be turned off once you are satisfied with your results. You can also send a private message to that individual and once you created the post, you can add others so you have a private conversation about the process.

Hi guys.. our K1 status changed from immigrant to non immigrant and says application received on 12/29/2019. It’s been 12 business days we haven’t heard anything. We are a little worried.. anyone experience something similar?

Millions have experienced something similar with great results, as they counted on their patience to get them through this. No one can say with a certainty when your visa will be issued. If your CEAC dates keep updated then your visa is moving along through the production cycle and your visa will be released once it is complete. Have a little more patience.
