Mailing the Visa Packet

Hi everyone,

 

My fiance (the sponsor) is in the military based in Washington State. He went to JAG (can't remember what it stands for) to get advice from the Lawyer. They said our paperwork looks fine and that he has to go to the immigration in Seattle to submit the paperwork?? I thought we are supposed to mail the packet to the address stated on the website?

For Express mail and courier deliveries:

USCIS

2501 South State Highway 121 Business
Suite 400
