My co sponsor is the branch manager at her work.

 

Does the employment verification letter has to be signed?

 

If so, is it alright if she is the one signing it? She would be the person in charge of signing this sort of document. (Its a small company with no real hr department) and the only other person above her is the owner and he is in another state.

 

If a signature is required and cant be from her, does it have to be a wet signature or can it be faxed?

London will accept just about anything, but somebody other than the sponsoring party should verify the salary. Does she have a tax return showing enough income? Use that as the proof of income. Get a transcript even better, London does not require multiple proofs on a K1. They will accept a W2, or pay slips too. Pick the one that is easiest for her to get.

Okay thanks! Yeah she has a tax transcript.  So it's fine if the signature is faxed or scanned?

They have accepted scans. My point is you don't need the employer letter at all. You have a tax transcript that shows enough income.
