Her status does not change after the divorce is granted.  She can file for Removal of Conditions with a divorce waiver.  She does not have to leave the country due the divorce......

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..

No she is free to stay and there is nothing you can do about it.

Also remember you are still on the hook for the I-864 you filed. 

She will have to do ROC with a divorce waiver and submit proof of the marriage.

She should be fine, as soon as the divorce is completed she can remove conditions with the waiver.
