We had our interview on July 1st 2019 at the Las Vegas office, Interview seemed to go well other than a supervisor was sitting in on the interview.
We were told that my case is being held for review and were given a letter stating that they have up to 120 days to make a decision.

As of today we have heard nothing, very frustrating!

try scheduling an appointment with uscis or try calling them

You can no longer make an appointment (infopass) online. Tier one will do their best to stop you talking to a tier 2, they say their info is as up to date as tier 2s.

What were the issues in the interview?  Were they questioning the fact that  you married on a tourist visa?

No issues were mentioned. They asked for no more documents. It is a mystery.

You have to make an infopass appointment via phone with a Tier 1 rep.  Maybe go that route and if they don’t answer any questions at the meeting, then tell them you want to open a case inquiry for outside the normal processing time.  You can do that in-person or online.  I’ve also heard some people writing letters DIRECTLY TO their local office (look up the mailing address) asking for them to make a decision.

you can also file a case inquiry through your congressman and the DHS Ombudsman.  At this point, they are admittedly outside their processing scope.

Hi everyone,

I filed an inquiry via my online account citing that they were outside of the 120 days after our interview, then received an email saying that they would answer by November 25th.

Technically my case is not outside of normal processing times now as they recently changed the dates for inquiry's and today's date is May 8th 2018 and our received date is June 25th 2018.

My I-130 is shown as being approved on May 9th 2019 and then was sent to the Department of State on  May 24th 2019.

My I-131 was approved on  February 26th 2018 and will expire on February 20th 2020.

Thank you for all your advise.
