Huh?! So do you now get AP and EAD before you get your Green Card in the mail? Like a temp thing as soon as you file for AOS? If that's the case then the increase is worth it.

Someone please fill me in on that one.

I was kinda mad already cause my son and I wont need AP,but I sure need an EAD.

Got engaged on Sep 15th,2006

Came to the US for good on Jan 27th,2009

and we got married on March 28th,2009
