I dont understand the last 2 points:

• Pages 1, 2 and 3 with the 2-D bar must be furnished when applying for the visa.

Does this mean I send off the printed result of this form with the other printed forms from the packet 3? Or do I keep it and hand it to the embassy in person? The wording they used has me confused...

• Do not complete blank or unprocessed data input forms by hand. Unprocessed data input pages or data input pages completed by hand will not be accepted.

Does this mean you cannot complete forms by hand? I thought you could do this. If you cannot, why did they send me paper versions of the visa forms in packet 3? I needed to make some minor entries by hand as they wouldnt fit with the pdf version.

I'm in a hurry to get these all finished tonight so I can send it off tomorrow. Got my medical Monday!

James, I sent my Packet 3 off to the Embassy and didnt fill anything in online. I got my date today...20 days after sending it back.

I was advised that I didnt need to fill anything in online.

Sorry cant help you more.
