Do I have enough evidence to file k-1 forms?

well maybe im just a chicken. but, its not my neck i'd be sticking out if i fudge this form. its my fiances. what if it goes all the way to the interview, the interviewer is having a bad day. then she signs infront of the interviewer & signatures don't match or the hand writing is different? i can not put her in that position. i'm pretty sure if you get busted playing games w/ immigration its GAME OVER! its not worth the risk. its only 1-1 1/2 more months worst case. i couldn't live w/ myself if something went wrong and we could never be together. ITS MY FAULT I DIDN'T HAVE HER BETTER PREPARED!!!

I think you're looking at this the wrong way. There was a good question there about whether her first name IS her signature. My signature is basically a glorified line.

Ask her how she would sign it in the interview. These problems are simple to overcome without reason to delay yourself further.

yah it was a good question. but, i've seen her sig & it's first & last. still my fault. it won't happen again.

I think fwaguy had the best advice - send the forms as is, and have extra copies ready in case you get and RFE. But it's up to you.
