How long for the interview

On July 26 I received an email that the NVC are working on my scheduling my interview. My case is the f2b and I am from the Dominican Republic. 

 

I wanted to know now how long will it be until they send my interview date?

I think embassy determine the interview date. In my own time, when I called NVC and I was told they were waiting for the response from my country's embassy.

Its being taking around 2 months, mine was june 20th and i am still waiting 😢
