On Thursday May 14th I received an email from my field office in SLC, UT that they scheduled my oath ceremony and today I received an email from USCIS (egov.uscis) that they mailed my oath ceremony. No document is showing on USCIS.gov account yet. Hopefully they will allow at least one guest by July. Utah is in the yellow phase as of Saturday the 16th of May.

Looks like USCIS is opening up soon! 🙏

Congratulations! My mother had a hiccup at her interview (early March) and was supposed to come back in 30 days to finish her test, but due to Covid-19 all that was on hold. Hopefully we'll hear back soon. She's ready to complete her test now. We haven't heard anything.

I'm having the same wait time. It moved from Nov 2020 to Jan 2021. It's taking forever in Seattle.

Seattle here too. Maybe we will be on the same day? Do you know if they are still sending cases to Yakima and Portland? I’m in Grays Harbor County so they were moving cases from this part of the state to Portland but I’m not sure if that’s still happening.

A lot of states are opening up for oath ceremony but with the restrictions of no guests allowed.

What do you guys think about not having any guests at your oath ceremony? (Let me know your thoughts)

I think it is good for the sake of everybody's health and well-being. You can though bring your family along and let them wait in the car since the ceremonies are shortened. I had a ceremony at San Antonio that lasted five minutes total and folks were seen taking pictures and selfies afterwards with their families in the parking lot.

I have no issue with that at all. Although my estimated completion date isn’t until January 2021 so we should be back to normal then.

I'm in the same boat as you - I had an October 2020 estimated completion before this all started and I'm in the 1/21 boat now. Same office as you too.

Good to have a wait buddy! Maybe we will be on the same day? I just want this over so we don’t have to deal with USCIS anymore.

Oh that would be nice!! And yes, I feel exactly the same, while we will probably be fine, all these new changes they're announcing during the pandemic have me anxious.
