I have looked at the USCIS site , but somehow I can not be sure. I need to know: I will have been married to my American husband for 3 years next October. My conditional greencard was approved on July 25th , 2005. I filed for 751 in mid May , 2007. When can I file for citizenship ? This year after my third year of marriage , or next year after my third year in getting my greencard?

You can file for citizenship 90 days before your third anniversary of getting LPR status (Issue date on first conditional green-card), not wedding anniversary.

OUR TIME LINE Please do a timeline it helps us all, thanks.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.
