Hey guys

 

                         Just need to know if there's away around this. Or I'm thinking of just walking in like I did once before ucis is very confused with my case right now its ridiculous I called the other day they told me they had an RFE for that was not authorized to be sent out to me yet but the tier 2 could see it on the pc . It has been like that for a while now I went to my interview June 18th going on two month in a few days :(.

You call and request it. They determine if one is needed and schedule it.

Thanks for that I will call again and ask the tier 2 I had on the phone told me no.  :)

As per your last post, USCIS does not accept walkins. Dont expect to be able to barge yourself in again like you did the last time.

 

Call and ask to speak to a Tier 2. If they think your reason is valid, they will will grant you one.

If not, you will have to wait.

If I remember from last time correctly, you did not have a valid reason but seemed to think you were entitled.

Thanks for your advice well yea I did think I was entitled reason being that the io told me yea come in you can only come Fridays though from 7am-12 and that's what happen  .But yes I will give them a call and explain again to them looks like they just frozen on the RFE that was never sent. Thanks again.
