09-July-2019 My wife Entered US, and 24-July-2019 Got Married, and 30-July -2019 Sent AOS Package to Chicago Lockbox via USPS and 02-August-2019 AOS Package was received at Chicago Lockbox, at today date nothing. No txt messages, no emails, no Noa, no Check been process or paid... Try to call but always busy.  I also filled K3 for her kid, and the same, nothing... What I can do?

Keep watching it, but it's not out of normal processing times yet to get the NOA1. They say it can take up to a month, but usually 2-3 weeks is fine.

 

K-3 for a kid? The kid is married? ;) I think you meant AOS for her K-2 child.

K3 is for a spouse not a child.   I highly doubt that you did this

Thanks!!, yes, sorry was a mistake. Is her kid, under 21 not married.. K2..

Our envelope arrived on 08/05, also for me and my son, and if not for the checks being cashed on 08/13, we would know nothing about our case. By the way, it was a registered mail and USPS returned no card. Me thinks there is a lot of mess at the lockbox these days

Exactly what we expect, between 7 to 10 days, but is not our case... Thanks and luck for you...
