I have been trying today to check my status. Had worked for months. Now, nothing. Someone check to see if they can please?

This has been a problem for me off and on.

If u don't know there are two websites. Old one is egov and the new one is myUSCIS

The new one is more consistent and works "better". Lol

Idk why the old site is still working. They should just redirect ppl to new sight.

myUSCIS asks for username and password, would i have to make an account for that?

the old website is not working for me either

I have that issue too. Try deleting your cookies. Also, as others have said, myUSCIS works better. It only takes a few minutes to setup an account.

I've had the issue since yesterday. Put it receipt number and then it just takes me to a blank page with no results. Tried from two computers and from a phone, same result.

As for myUSCIS, I have an account there but I see no updates in that one. It just says "We have received your case and there is no action you need to take at this point. The eGov website gives me more details on the status of the case.
