Good Morning All,

Hope everyone is doing well.. My question is regarding payments for the CR-1 Visa Process. I am submitting ppwk for my wife and my step-daughter. Are there separate payments required (I-864 bill and IV Bill etc)? Couple of weeks ago I was sent an RFE for my step-daughter which I am in the middle of providing additional evidence. I'm not to sure when her I-130 is approved will I have to send additional payments? Thanks once again

The series of payments is the same for wife and step-daughter. Think in duplicate.

The first payment is for the AOS bill which is $70 and the second one is the IV bill for $380.

05/03/07 - NOA2

05/10/07 - NVC receives petition, case # assigned

08/08/07 - Case Complete

09/27/07 - Interview, visa granted

10/02/07 - POE

11/16/07 - Received green card and Welcome to America letter in the mail

Removing Conditions

07/06/09 - I-751 sent to CSC

08/14/09 - Biometrics

09/27/09 - Approved

10/01/09 - Received 10 year green card

U.S. Citizenship

03/30/11 - N-400 sent via Priority Mail w/ delivery confirmation

05/12/11 - Biometrics

07/20/11 - Interview - passed

07/20/11 - Oath ceremony - same day as interview

Hi CHilltown... I just went through the AOS process for my stepson. When you submit the AOS or I864 payment you need to only pay one $70 fee if you send both AOS bills in the same envelope. If not you must call the NVC if you have already paid one and they will link the two together if the first AOS payment is still current. It is the only time in the visa process where you can combine bills and make only one payment.
