Passport ready email.

Hello,

Does anybody have the template of the email that UStraveldoc sends when the passport is actually ready for pick up? I've received so many conflicting information on this and I'm trying to help my uncle decide if should fly out of state to pick up his Visa. I would just hate for him to fly out and have to stay in the hotel until the passport is ready. That will be very expensive. Ceac says issued, USTraveldoc says "Passport is Ready for Pickup" but when I call the hotline it says something to the effect of "Your documents are with the courier and will be delivered to the address you specified.." Likewise I receive the following email from UStraveldoc twice:

Your document(s) have been collected from the US Embassy/Consulate

The passport number being returned is XXXXXXXXXXX

You have chosen to have your documents delivered to the following location:

If you have any issues or concerns, please contact us at www.ustraveldocs.com/ng.

I don't think  that this is the actual email to pick up the passport. This is in Nigeria BTW. Thanks!

Usually it’s ready when the status says it’s ready for pick up. HOWEVER, in case of doubt, your uncle can go for pick up after several days.
