Everyone, my fiancé filled a visas fiance for me.  A few days ago I was at my interview.  The consul asked me a lot of questions and after the consul told me that he can not grant me the visa now and that I have to send the proof of communication from the beginning of the relationship until the day of the interview  I sent yesterday.  Do I have to worry?

Sounds like they have some suspicions about the authenticity of your relationship.  All you can do is provide what they ask for and then wait for the decision.

I filled the k-1 fiance visa for my fiance last November, was approved in july and sent to the Haitian ambassy. Had his interview on the 9th of september everything went great except they asked for things/ old convos with old dates cause we met in 2014 and place him on AP and asked for docs to be sent to DHL with his passport... I sent 2016 convos, they called me saying they received the new documents but can I also sent 2014, and 2015 text messages as well which i no longer have. I told the lafy i didn't have any text or calls from beyond 2016 and she said ok thank you if i need more info we'll contact you. And a few weeks later all we received was a email to come pick up his passport with a letter inside it stating that they can't issue the visa. I want to know how does the new process for the spouse's visa goes. What do i do to close the k-1 and how long do i have to wait to close that k-1 to refille for the spouse

When scheduling online print (three copies of) the confirmation page. The email should be OK also if it lists the "vital" information.

Not sure what CEAC letter is, not something I have seen with the K-1 visa.

I sent the conversations they asked. Thx

That's all they requested? Proof showing when the relationship began? Sounds easy enough, if so. Provide clear proof of anything they've requested.

If the only evidence you submitted previously was photos and proof of money transfers that definitely can raise suspicions. Send communications of your entire relationship.

When your petition was send out was. Did you and your fiance include your means of communication? example Phone call and text or chat history, emails?if you did and the CO asked for proof of communication from the beginning. Then you shouldn't be worried. just go look for it and Pray that's all he truly needs. Good Luck.

no, at first I did not put that kind of stuff.  I had just sent photos, transfer cards, airline tickets.  it's after my interview the consul asked me for the conversations.
