Correction:   99%. The remaining 1% actually want to return home and help their country and family.

Oh come on. That's not true. I was in one of the first waves of Vietnamese students to come to the US to study after relations became normalized between the two countries in the late 1990s. We were very enthusiastic and none of us had thoughts about marrying someone just to stay. I can't say about now though....
