If you have not heard or read about this new immagration Health care change then here is the link.

President Donald Trump invoked broad executive powers Friday, issuing a proclamation to block the entry of immigrants applying for visas who cannot prove that they will be able to obtain health insurance within 30 days of entering the United States.

Trump’s order takes effect Nov. 3 and applies to those who apply for immigrant visas abroad and do not have health insurance set up within a month after their entry or the financial means to pay for medical costs.

Finally sent my I-129F on Sep 26 to Dallas! it arrived to Dallas PO BOX on Sep 30. We attached G-1145 form but neither sms nor email sent yet; when should we expect to receive any receipt notification? I will keep you posted about my case's details to help you updating I-129F statistics. Thank you all!

Hi guys, this forum seems to be a life saver! I am now preparing documents for i129F as I have already submitted i130 6 months ago. I just had a quick question, on the USCIS webpage I see that the filing fee for i129F is $535 which is the same amount for filing i130 (already paid). Do I need to pay again and if No, then would USCIS still process even if it is for denial? Please advise! Thanks!

Getting ready to send in the I-129 and cannot find NOA1 for the I-130 to attach a copy 😰 Any ideas on what the best course of action is here? Can we request a copy? Or would a cover letter with the receipt number suffice?

You can always try to contact them and say you never got the NOA

Also, I've always wanted to use this one haha

Timelines are becoming useless now with the amount of K3 filings. There's no way to differentiate between K3 and non-K3 I130 filers and it screws up the entire dataset. I never filed for a K3 and am waiting patiently for my NOA2.

Yea, the people desperate for others to fill out the timeline don't seem to realize that the information isn't valuable if there's a K3 filed.  It throws off a lot of timelines and helps to provide an inaccurate estimate.

Careful there's an anti timeline cult out there. It's not about automated stats the website spits out. It's the progress made by nvc and embassy that are as important but they are mad about the k3 filers or mad that it didn't work for them who knows.  Patterns like the k-3 process wouldn't have been noticed without the timeline.

I don’t have a problem doing it, but I honestly have no idea where and how because I’ve never looked at it

There’s no cult. But when people are super aggressive and pushy about it, others don’t want to do it.
