Hi !
i am from France too ( Corsica )

oh ok ! I didn’t understood that in your previous post . You are right , do it here as we have social security/ mutual . It’s better  especially if you feel more comfortable .

i don’t Think you have to advise them of your pregnancy for the I-129F but as is said I am not sure . I think it’s gonna be more after your I-130 is approved during NVC process where you have to declare the birth of your child  how many people are in the household ( for the AOS) and you will probably have to provide a birth certificate .

you will have maybe to wait for your baby to have his/her own passport before moving .

I found some links for you with some interesting informations 🙂

sorry i am not very helpful . I hope those links will help you

Thank you so much for the link and your message, i really do appreciated the help!

Oh boy.. Sorry to hear my friend

I hope you will get that case number as soon ☘️

Today someone picked pocketed my bag.. And my oneplus 6 mobile got stolen. Argh

That had my photos with my spouse.

Thank you my friend , I hope too 🤞

I am gonna be honest I am a lil bit resigned right now .. it’s like USCIS . You are on hold for an hour to finally speak to someone reading a screen ..

omg!! I am so sorry for what happened to you !!!! I hope you didn’t been injured ?

for the photos maybe your husband can send you them back by email ?

damn.. I just gave an old iPhone I had , still working good , 3 days ago .. if not I will send it to you .

Hello everyone ,

i just called NVC and still no case number after 23 days and obviously not before again 1/2 weeks .

they say that they are currently working on August 29th ,2019.

are some people with NVC received on September 10th like me ?
I am pretty sure that I am gonna « fall » into the new public charge rule at that pace ..

i am drained honestly..

sorry for this post ..

My husband called two days ago and was told the same thing. My case was received september 9. I think we should get our case number next week, i hope so at least!

Got the email tonight that my I-129F was denied. Now waiting on the I-130 approval email (hopefully no RFE...).

I-129F - NOA1 - PD 09/03/19

I-129F - NOA2 - Denial 10/03/19

So one month exactly from NOA1.

Was your I-130 LIN or IOE receipt number

He wasn't. He's NOA1 is from Feb. If he was part of the pilot program he would have had it already adjudicated.  Mid June and beyond are IOE's :)

01/28/2019 - Mailed Express Mail USCIS Lockbox Phoenix

01/29/2019 - Received by Phoenix Lockbox
02/04/2019 - Receipt Notice Via Text Message assigned to Nebraska Service Center

Since the I129f was denied it'll definitely be an approval, since they won't deny the I129f yet if the I130 has an RFE. They can only deny the I129f if the I130 has been approved, because the I130 approval kills the need for a K3. I would call tomorrow and ask about your I130 since it may not update online until your case is sent to NVC!

I don’t See the problem with this.. he’s not trying to reinvent the wheel or anything and heaps of other countries have exactly the same rules... it’s a fair rule... you want to go live somewhere you gotta be able to stand on your own two feet and support yourself both in the short and long term..

There is nothing definite about any of it... and they could still end up having to wait in line like everyone else..

hope on the pot luck chance of K3 approval that your all prepared to move and then wait out until the I130 is approved..
