Well that sucks! Guess I'll call in a week or two, my case only just got sent on Friday (Sept 27th) so I'm sure they don't have it yet probably

I know 😤

today I have doubts it’s to short since last Friday .

But call at the end of this week maybe they will already received it .

then for the case number it’s the word

« patience » again ..

i call them a lot since they received my case in the 10th of sept. Still nothing .

obviously it’s currently a month to receive it .
for thé CN they send a mail but calling it’s good too , sometimes they have it and still didn’t sent the mail

Congratulation!

I remember we both got NOA1 on Sep 14, 2018 from Nebraska center.

I still haven't received anything and am patiently waiting...

Hope to get a good news soon!

Again, congratulation

Yeah I will probably wait until next week or so to call, since it’s only been 3 days and it’s been the weekend. Hopefully the case number won’t take too long but I’ve learned to not get my hopes up too high in this process so I am hoping for the end of October or early November to have a case number

Our CR1 Journey:

USCIS Stage:

  • Feb 14 2019: NOA1 (NSC)
  • July 31 2019: I129f NOA1
  • Sep 19 2019: I129f NOA2 (Denied - 50 days from NOA1)
  • Sep 19 2019: I130 NOA2 (Approved - 217 days from NOA1)

NVC Stage:

  • Sep 27 2019: Sent to Department of State
  • Oct 31 2019: Case number received (34 days since sent)
  • Nov 1 2019: IV & AOS fees received & paid
  • Nov 14 2019: IV & AOS submitted
  • Dec 18 2019: All docs accepted, but one additional doc requested (5 weeks from submission)
  • Dec 18 2019: Requested doc submitted
  • Feb 19 2020: Documentarily Qualified (9 weeks from 2nd submission, 14 weeks from first submission)

Interview Stage:

  • Mar 11 2020: Interview letter received
  • Apr 1 2020: Interview date
  • Mar 17 2020: Interview cancelled due to COVID-19
  • August 3 2020: Rescheduled letter received, new appointment August 25 2020
  • August 25 2020: Visa approved at interview! (558 days from NOA1)
  • September 10 2020: Embassy received passport in mail
  • September 15 2020: Passport with visa in hand

October 11 2020: Arrived in US!

Do what you think it’s good 🙂

then you  are right , don’t expect a case number before the end of October /early November .like that no disappointment.then if it’s coming before it’s gonna be a good surprise !!

i don’t get my hope to high too anymore with this process ..

but I can’t wait for that to end .. Nebraska took all my energy ..

Yeah Nebraska is exhausting.. But I'm sure we will all feel much better once we get to NVC, and especially once the interview is scheduled afterwards. It will be such a load off!

Oh yeah..

you are right , once we get into NVC process for real and have the interview scheduled we gonna feel relieved.

right now I keep focus on the scan of documents , be sure to have everything ready and as they want to have no extra wait being in review .

Yes for sure, we've been trying to get every last bit ready while we wait for the case number so there's no delay in review, hopefully review is quick like some people's has been 🤞

Hi everyone,

We are about to file our 129. We are also at Nebraska (yay!) and tired of waiting. I read somewhere in the comments that more documents are needed after your 130 is approved, but I can't find the list anymore. Can anyone advice me where I can find the list of documents, or to be so kind and list it here for me again please? :)

Thanks!
